So periodically I write a post for say I moved my blog to my website: therapyideas.net
People keep s subscribe to this old site and I feel responsible for letting you know that I am not posting new stuff here….
So you are missing my latest blog post: Passivity, the evil twin of anxiety where I expose the problem of passivity. If you read it on the website, you’ll learn why it’s important to face your fears instead of satisfying them.
You’re missing out on the best new book I’ve read 2016, Fates & Furies by Lauren Groff. It is a marriage. The first half is the husband’s point of view and the second is the wife’s who hid the secrets of her childhood from everyone and yet those secrets play out in her marriage. It’s a beautiful book.
I also have 22 episodes of my podcast that I would love to hear from you. The image above is my new podcast cover. Each episode lasts about minutes, not requiring much time and filled with free information.
After almost 22 years of work to help couples, I offer you a podcast in depth on what relationships require to last long haul. I use books and films to illustrate the points I’m trying to make. I offer challenges of things you can actually do in your own relationship at the end of each podcast.
A podcast is a blog spoken aloud, it’s great to read. It’s easy to do, just download any free podcast app on your smartphone, I used Podcast Addict. Then choose the podcasts you want to listen to and exercise or listen to them while you drive. the experience has been in Sex-Anon.
The only way to catch up is to go to my website and subscribe. I appreciate your interest in my endeavors and hope to continue teaching you how to be successful in relationships for some time to come. Rhode
